Here are some points for negotiating a problem in your
relationship.
# Wait until your temper is in control. If necessary, exercise, take
a walk, work in the garden or do something that will help relieve the
tension.
# Schedule a time and a place for the "peace talks" to take place.
Make sure you have enough uninterrupted time to work through the
issue. Pick a location that is peaceful and without distractions.
Some people like to go to a restaurant or public place so they will be
forced to not yell.
# Discuss the issue at hand. Don't wait until you have five or ten
things that are upsetting you before you schedule a talk.
# The purposes of negotiations aren't to have your mate believe just
as you do, but for them to understand your beliefs and feelings.
People are different and that can be a good thing.
# Use "I" sentences to explain how you feel. For example "I feel hurt
and neglected when you spend all Sunday with your golf buddies"
instead of saying "you are a bad husband for always playing golf and
ignoring me."
# Unlike fighting, in negotiations, no side has to come out "the
winner." Both of you will win with deeper understanding and
compassion for each other.
# Sometimes it is wise to compromise but other times it can cause
resentment. Don't ask your sweetheart to give up golf just because he
isn't spending enough time with you. Cut back, yes. Give up, no.
# If you find it helpful, write out your peace treaty and sign it.

1. When a girl says she's sad, but she isn't crying. It means she's crying in her heart.
2. When she ignores you after you've done something wrong, it's best to give her some time to cool down before touching her heart with an apology.
3. Never tell the girl you REALLY like about your "crush" on another girl just to get her jealous, it'll only give her the impression that your not interested.
4. A girl can't find anything to hate about the guy she loves (which is why it is so hard for her to 'get over him' after the relationship's over.)-hay men are so full of themselves!:)
5. If a girl loves a guy, he will always be on her mind every minute of the day, even though she flirts with other guys.

- thinking of him every waking and sleeping moment knowing all the while that he never even thinks a single thought of you...
- letting go, because everytime you see the person, you only fall deeper
- holding back only to find out when it's too late, you both felt the same way, but were only scared to lose each other so much that you didn't let the feelings out
- falling in love with someone you didn't mean to fall in love with
- finding the perfect guy with only one problem, he doesn't love you

When you think of your past love, you may view it as a failure.
But when you find a new love, you view the past as a teacher.
In the game of love, it doesn't really matter who won or who lost.
What is important is you know when to hold on and when to let go!
You know you really love someone when you want him or her to be happy, even if their happiness means that you're not part of it.
Everything happens for the best.
If the person you love doesn't love you back, don't be afraid to love someone else again, for you'll never know unless you give it a try.
You'll never love a person you love unless you risk for love.
Love strives in hurting. If you don't get hurt, you don't learn how to love.
Love doesn't hurt all the time.
Though the hurting is still there to test you, to help you grow.
Don't find love, let love find you.
That's why it's called falling in love because you don't force yourself to fall.
You just fall.
You cannot finish a book without closing its chapters.
If you want to go on, then you have to leave the past as you turn the pages.
Love is not destroyed by a single failure or won by a single caress.
It is a lifetime venture in which we are always learning, discovering and growing.
The greatest irony of love is letting go when you need to hold on and holding on when you need to let go.
We lose someone we love only when we are destined to find someone else who can love us even more than we can love ourselves.
On falling out of love, take some time to heal and then get back on the horse.
But don't ever make the same mistake of riding the same one that threw you the first time.
To love is to risk rejection, to live is to risk dying, to hope is to risk failure.
But risk must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing!
To reach for another is to risk involvement, to expose your feelings is to expose true self, to love is to risk not to be loved in return.
How to define love: fall but do not stumble, be constant but not too persistent, share and never be unfair, understand and try not to demand, hurt but never keep the pain.
Love is like a knife.
It can stab the heart or it can carve wonderful images into the soul that always last for a lifetime.
Love is supposed to be the most wonderful feeling. It should inspire you and give you joy and strength. But sometimes the things that give you joy can also hurt you in the end.
Loving people means giving them the freedom who they choose to be and where they choose to be.
For all the heartaches and the tears, for gloomy days and fruitless years, you should give thanks, for you know, that there were the things that helped you grow.
Loving someone means giving him/her the freedom to find his way, whether it leads towards you or away from you.
Love is a painful risk to take but the risk must be taken no matter how scary or painful, for only then you'll experience the fullness of humanity and that is love.
Only love can hurt your heart, fill you with desire and tear you apart.
Only love can make you cry and only love knows why.
If you're not ready to cry, if you're not ready to take the risk, if you're not ready to feel the pain, then you're not ready to fall in love.
There was a time in our lives when we became afraid to fall in love 'coz every time we do , we get hurt, then I figured... that's why its called falling in love.

Don't date because you are desperate.

Don't hurt your kids because loving them is harder.
Don't sell yourself, your family, or your ideals.
Don't stagnate.
Don't regress.
Don't live in the past. Time can't bring anything or anyone back.
Don't put your life on hold for possibly Mr/Mrs Right.
Don't throw your life away on absolutely Mr Wrong because your biological clock is ticking.
Learn a new skill.
Find a new friend.
Start a new career.
Sometimes, there is no race to be won.
Only a price to be paid for some of life's more hasty decisions.
To terminate your loneliness, reach out to the homeless.
To feed your nurturing instincts, care for the needy.
To fulfill your parenting fantasies, get a puppy.
Don't bring another life into this world for all the wrong reasons.
To make yourself happy, pursue your passions and be the best of what you can be.
Simplify your life. Take away the clutter.
Get rid of destructive elements: abusive friends, nasty habits, and dangerous liaisons.
Don't abandon your responsibilities but don't overdose on duty.
Don't live life recklessly without thought and feeling for your family.
Be true to yourself.
Don't commit when you are not ready.
Don't keep others waiting needlessly.
Go on that trip. Don't postpone it.
Say those words. Don't let the moment pass.
Do what you have to, even at society's scorn.
Write poetry.
Love Deeply.
Walk barefoot.
Dance with wild abandon.
Cry at the movies.
Take care of yourself. Don't wait for someone to take care of you.
You light up your life.
You drive yourself to your destination.
No one completes you - except YOU.
It is true that life does not get easier with age.
It only gets more challenging.
Don't be afraid. Don't lose your capacity to love.
Pursue your passions.
Live your dreams.
Don't lose faith in your God.
Don't grow old. Just grow YOU!
When you give someone your time,
you are giving them a portion of your life that you'll never get back.
Your time is your life.

Once upon a time, there was a teacher and his student lying down under a big tree near a big grass area. Then,suddenly, the student asked the teacher.
*Student :* Teacher, I'm confused, how can we find our soul-mate? Can you please help me?
*Teacher :* (Silent for few second, than he answer) Well, it's a pretty hard and easy question.
*Student :* (Thinking hard) Huh???
*Teacher :* Look on that way, there are a lot of grass there, why don't you walk there but please never walk backward, just walk straight ahead. On your way, try to find a beautiful grass and pick it up then give it to me. But just one.
*Student :* Well, ok then... wait for me... (walked straight ahead to the grass field).
A few minutes later...
*Student :* I'm back.
*Teacher :* Em, well I don't see any beautiful grass on your hand.
*Student :* On my journey, I found few beautiful grass, but I thought that I would find a better one, so I didn't pick it up. But I didn't realize that I'm at the end of the field, and I hadn't picked up any. Cause you told me not to go back, so I didn't go
back.
*Teacher :* That's what happened in real life.
What is the message of this story?
* Grass - is people around you
* Beautiful Grass - is people that attract you
* Grass Field - is time
* In looking for your soulmate, please don't always compare and hope that there will be a better one. By doing that, you'll waste your lifetime, cause remember "Time Never Goes Back".

Few days from now is another year to look for... Look for what?! HOPE, that we will have a better life!!! But what is better in terms of having a "better life?" What is it that we consider to have a better life? Maybe, right now I am not content, but I should coz I was able to overcome every struggle of the year that passed.
I know that it was not with my own strength that I was able to get through life, but because GOD has enabled me, though at times I didn't really acknowledge HIS presence. I MISS HIS TOUCH, HIS PRESENCE!!! That whenever I call upon HIS NAME, I know in my heart that HE's with me. I have taken HIM for granted for some time that's why I am feeling so lost and not satisfied.
Though I know that my babe is there who really loves me so much, but the love of my SAVIOR is incomparable. My family is around, but I don't really feel that they're with me. I don't know why am I feeling this way!
This is the reason why I want to leave. I am planning go anywhere by here. I don't want to stay here any longer coz it seems that my life is going nowhere.
I'm just kinda hurt that my family would never recognize me... they would only realize that I am around when I have something to give them. It feels like they want me to get married already just to get rid of me. What am I going to do?! I can't force my bf to marry me now. Kaya nga itoh, naghahanap ng way to go somewhere.

Women come in all shapes, sizes and colors. They'll drive, fly, walk, run or e-mail you to show how much they care about you. The heart of a woman is what makes the world keep turning. They bring joy, hope and love. They have compassion and ideals. They give moral support to their family and friends. Women have vital things to say and everything to give.
